Fraud: We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Returns/Refunds: At The Fuss, we know that you want your purchases to be just perfect. So just in case it's not exactly what you'd hoped it might be here is what you can do:
- Online purchases: Unworn items purchased online may be returned to The Fuss within fourteen days after the purchase date for refunds or an exchange. Please complete the return or exchange form and send the form and the item back to the enclosed address. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be mailed to your billing address in the amount of the credit. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.
- In Store purchases: Unworn items accompanied with a receipt purchased at one of our physical locations are eligible for exchanges or issuances of store credit up to fourteen days after the sale. No refunds are available for in store purchases. After fourteen days all sales are final.
Sales Tax: A sales tax of 7% will be charged to all orders shipped within Florida.
Shipping: Shipping usually occurs within 24-48hour after the order is placed and will arrive via your chosen shipping method.
Special Offers: The Fuss will occasionally offer special promotional discounts and offers. To take advantage of special offers, discount codes must be entered during the check-out process. If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied. Discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.
